Created 3D CAVE UX, systems and content to add value to sales and product development process. Made CAVE a unique forum to enable multidisciplinary teams to visualize, focus group test, simulate, refine, and make decisions on products and systems before entering market. A CAVE system is a virtual reality theater that can create immersive experiences for large groups of people. CAVE: * Transformed a passive CAVE system at DCI into a new interactive system that helped to significantly increase company sales and enhance its product development. o Created a new interface and menu system and GUI for CAVE with wireless Xbox controller and subsequent functions and tools for real-time manipulation of products and environments tools such as spatial audio, animation, camera and POV, color and material changes, lighting changes, 3D measurement tool, object transformations and toggles, slides-type tool, and multi-paneled video integration. * Created real-time simulations in CAVE for client executive and C-suite stakeholders, which influenced the quality and speed of their decision-making on different design options and attributes of various products and services. * Saved time and resources on the customer's overall spending on prototyping costs and expedited the development process. David Zabloudil, Page 2 Mobile CAVE: * Researched, designed, and fabricated a high-quality mobile CAVE system from scratch at 70% less cost than permanent CAVE installation. This new system was 80% the scale of the permanent CAVE system. * Designed mobile CAVE for easy transport and reduced setup time at client site or tradeshow and convention. * Successfully raised owner-operator awareness of DCI products and services, using mobile CAVE at Subaru national business convention and Wendy's national owner-operator convention.
