• Designed, engineered and launched the TalkTools Sensi electronic handle and over 20 interchangeable tips for speech therapists, a variety of speech tools, including the electronic Jigglers line, and other products for aiding child development specialists and special needs children, including the Special Needs Essentials FocusPad 3-in-1. We designed and launched a line of silicone baby-led feeding cups, plates and utensils. • Designed, engineered and launched two articulated electronic infant mobiles, and a folding infant activity gym with interactive toys for the Nurture Smart line for PlayAbility Toys for hospitals, solving safety, cleanability and human factor issues for medical staff and patients. The first one received IDSA award recognitions, and both mobiles have utility patented features. • Produced concepts and designed wearable digital camera products for an optical industry client.
• Designed and provided engineering CAD for a iPhone case folding combination tool for KROMEcase.
• Provided design and engineering for an electronic timer and other products for Blue-Orange Games.
• Provided consumer electronics concepts for kitchens and game controllers for Cinfinity International.
• Developed multiple product concepts and CAD for Alley Oop Toys, and sketches for Shoot The Moon.

Designed iPhone and other smartphone cases and a variety of docks for a line of magnetic charging devices.
• Designed branded memory products, from heat shields to flash drives.
• Designed many retail packages and POP displays, including artwork, die-lines and photo-real CAD rendering presentations for multiple lines of mobile accessories, memory and gaming peripherals.
• Produced photo-real renders for the Viper line of gaming peripherals as a consultant.

• Launched a successful line of sporting goods with Snowboogie & Ski-Doo brands of foam, wood, inflatable, and plastic sleds. Surpassed 600,000 units in sales, replacing two main competitors in developing a $12 million dollar business within two years. Maintained continuous product innovation for cost reduction, performance and artwork advances for 10 years.
• Introduced patentable innovations for the Arctic Force line of recreational products for snow play and to expand winter season market presence. These include the successful Snowball Blasters and patented Snow Tracball products.
• Engineered force analysis rigs and human factor study prototypes and provided rapid prototyping.
• Championed active and interactive play for children and adults through design and development of Frisbee discs, backyard & indoor games, sprinklers, pool toys, Boogieboards (including BZ and Morey), and Slip ‘N Slides.
