      • Redesign and optimization of fitting rooms for a better customer experience. Created a knock-down system able to adapt to many store formats while reducing costs of installation significantly.

      • Redesigned cashwrap and backwrap for speedier transaction, increasing incremental sales and working with store operations developed a new return and layaway process and supporting fixtures. Checkout speeds increased 20%.

      • Provide shop layouts for all new stores and remodels.

      • Design shop environments appropriate to the identity of each unique private brand including all fixtures, branding elements, architectural finishes for new brand launches, re-designs of existing brand shops, fixturing to support new product initiatives, etc.

      • Collaborate with merchants, visual team and merchandise execution to understand the product needs and marketing to support seasonal campaigns. Collaborate with architects and store construction.

      • Shop and fixture design illustrated through mood boards, renderings, design intent drawings and finish sample boards. Provided pertinent engineering details while value-engineering.

      • Prepare bid documents, vet manufacturers, installers and carriers, manage vendor quotes to keep project within budget. Approve material samples and fixture prototypes.

      • Responsible for selection of fixture manufacturers, installers and carriers for seamless execution of projects.

      • Write purchase orders and manage $3-6M budget for all department capital/expense projects.

      • Worked with internal engineering team to develop production drawings. Review and approve drawings consistent with vision. Manage engineering schedule for on-time project completion.

      • Create proposals and scheduling along with keeping track of the entire scope of the project and making sure that all deliverables are met.

      • Internally review and approve samples and finishes before being sent to client

      • Track customer approvals and revisions.

      • Liaison between the client and the internal engineering team and management to make sure that information is passed smoothly and to give a single point of contact for the customer.

      • Six months on-site at Nike headquarters to redesign Nike Fieldhouse stores working with Nike’s internal team. Designed fixtures and spaces working with Nike’s standards created brand right solutions unique to seven stores internationally.

      • Complete fixture takeoffs and schedule for seven US and International stores. On-site for five of the installations to work through any issues, manage the installation team and create and maintain punchlist.
