David N. Cohen

Based in Toronto, Canada I have worked with many high profile clients such as Canada Goose, Teddy Fresh, Aritzia, Anta, Netflix and Disney. Along with providing design solutions I also manage and direct internal teams to create industry leading artwork.

MI55ION is a luxury streetwear brand based out of Toronto & Barcelona. Our inaugural collection was well received by top influencers and global consumers and we look to continue to grow in 2018!

With Reebok I was responsible for designing and directing applied graphics for their Crossfit collection. My duties included creating seasonal direction for my design team and to design applied graphics & prints for the collection.

We helped to create new techniques for performance fabrics and applications that have now become industry standard in many fitness categories.

At Aritzia I was the Art Director for applied graphics. I helped to create seasonal graphics and direction for TNA & Wilfred. Our team created lighthouse pieces for TNA that are still amongst their top sellers.

Working with Nike was the fulfillment of a childhood dream of mine. It was an extreme honour to have worked with this elite brand and I am very proud of my experience in Beaverton.

At Nike I started my career working for the NSW (USA) group where I created graphics for Apparel, Footwear and accessories. Our group had massive success in our t-shirt category and I was a founding member of the Nike Design Studio / Center of Excellence. I helped to define a new graphic language for Nike Sportswear that still resonates in today's marketplace and will forever be apart of Nike's DNA.

I also spent time working on special projects for Nike Basketball, Nike SB, ACG, Nike Tennis and the Innovation Kitchen. I had the great pleasure of working with Tinker Hatfield, Mark Smith and Jason Badden on projects for Lebron James, Rafa Nadal, Roger Federer, Kobe Bryant and other Nike athletes.

Vasava is one of the most well regarded design agencies in Europe and it was a huge privilege to have worked with this special studio. At Vasava I worked on projects for Diesel, Burberry, Zara, Pull & Bear and various local spanish brands.
