* Design and merchandise girls dresses and sportswear for big box retailers for 2 major lines a year Spring and Holiday plus other projects throughout the year as needed, average 175-200 garments per line.
* Design embroideries, appliqués and screen prints as needed

Toys Product Development Plush
* Manage product development of plush toys for over 400 SKU's per year to consistently meet designated timelines and price points.
* Manage Time & Action calendars and monitor sample approval timelines.
* Travel overseas twice a year for initial line development with the licensee
* Work with product Integrity to produce products that consistently pass stringent product safety standards.
* Provide graphic artwork as needed for Marketing and PR campaigns.
* Work with other lines of business to develop products that generate incremental sales.

* Created garment specs and technical drawings for apparel, costumes and accessories in all size ranges approximately 300 SKU's a year.
* Worked with overseas vendors on a daily basis, to ensure proper fit and product execution to meet online launch deadlines
* Conducted fit sessions twice a week with designers and merchants to ensure proper styling, fit and artwork placement for 4 lines a year.
* Maintained sample tracking log in for all SKU's

* Designed and merchandised girl's sportswear targeted to mid tier and department store markets 80 garments per month/10 months per year (avg)
* Created all artwork and trims as needed.
*Worked with patternmaker and sample makers on daily basis to assure best style and fit
* Supervised 5 sewers and one assistant on a daily basis in regards to garment design and construction.

* Managed 6 apparel designers, 3 Design Assistants, 2 Technical Designers and 10 sewers to produce 4 lines of girls' apparel a year
* Delegated responsibilities as needed to complete projects and meet all timelines for sales appointments and line reviews.
* Reported to VP of Sales and Production and managed flow of product cycle to meet desired sales and profit margins.
