Senior Project Manager
Spearheaded the reorganization of the design production workflow. Implemented project management processes servicing a network of 593 Ford dealerships in a 15-state region. Directed print production and on-line digital ad projects with Account Executives, in-house graphic design team, copywriters, photographers, prepress / printing vendors and a variety of media outlets.
° Primary contact for all incoming digital projects from 10 regional account executives; reviewing creative briefs, and analyzing scope of project. Assigned creative team that best utilized the strongest skill set of internal team. Consulted with designers to determine required resources.
° Monitored daily progress of projects to ensure milestones met and materials completed on time. Adjusting resources as higher priority projects entered the workflow. Routed materials for approvals; contributing to proofing and verifying adherence to brand identities.

 Directed packaging objectives with brand managers and external design studios to meet individual branding objectives and style guide. Working alongside packaging engineers, designers, photographers, copywriters, printing vendors, purchasing and photographers. Coordinated photo shoots.
 

° Conceptualized and created consumer literature, magazine advertisements, packaging, and point-of-purchase materials for national big-box accounts such as Wal-Mart, Target, Costco, Cabela’s, Kmart, Amazon, and specialty consumer electronic channels. Designed tradeshow graphics and coordinated booth layout introducing new consumer products at Photo Marketing Association (PMA), Consumer Electronic Show (CES) Outdoor Retailer Trade Show, and SHOT Show.
° Developed creative visuals for tradeshow graphics, e-commerce websites, giveaways, advertisements, hospitality events, packaging, point-of-purchase, technical data sheets, direct mail campaigns, and consumer collateral product literature.
° Art directed all product photography in studio and on location. Created digital on-line image asset management database, streamlining image and marketing collateral retrieval for vendors, media, and sales team. Reducing reproduction expenses by 45%. Coordinating models, styling, props, and maintained appropriate release forms for all usage rights.
