As Project Manager of six team members designing luxury villas I had to balance workloads and individual talents, while providing an overall design inspiration. The team’s design was the preferred scheme to present to the clients.

Responsible for the coordination of project efforts, administrative and technical, to assure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects. Liaisons with clients to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction. Assist Principals estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals and contracts.

Responsible for finished plans, specifications, and approval of materials and construction. Supervises a small staff of technicians. Applies sound and diverse knowledge of architectural principles and practices in broad array of assignments and related fields. Acts independently regarding architectural methods and complexities. Uses advanced techniques, precepts, and practices.
