Print design and website consulting, design, development, maintenance and repair for a myriad of clients, with additional deliverables including branding, logo design, image sourcing, production and editing, photography, and print brochures. Provides imaginative and intuitive design and project direction. Special interest in historically authentic design and vintage aesthetics. Project highlights include:

• Small Size Big Mind Preschool: Custom WordPress site from concept/discovery to production, including branding and design, image sourcing, domain consulting, and project management.
• Ruby Press PR: Design refresh and image production, plus site troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
• Core Cat Pilates: Site maintenance, repair, and image production, along with brand consulting.

Designed and developed 50+ web sites and applications in alignment with brand strategy for the largest managed health care provider in the US serving roughly 9 million members. Project highlights include:

• KP Mobile Phonebook: Designed the screen flow and customized theme for the first mobile employee phonebook (iOS and Android) using the Sencha Touch framework, allowing the workforce of 167K employees to find and connect with their colleagues.
• InsideKP: Collaborated with outsourced agency on the design of the first intranet portal. Took approved design and translated it to the portal environment’s themes and skins. Architected the UI solution, and produced a pixel-perfect rendition of the Photoshop comps in production. Provided HTML and JSP code to the development team. Built presentation templates for the content management system, and contributed to strategy for the CMS authoring workflow. Provided HTML/CSS support for the content migration and transformation robots, with continued collaboration with offshore team to validate integrity of portal code and CSS files.
• Enterprise Search: Provided all user interface design and code for the overhaul of the enterprise search user experience. Was an active and core member of an Agile team, proven successful by its productivity. Diligently worked to remove pre-launch defects on schedule, resulting in a search experience of exceptional quality and stability, improving and speeding the ability for employees to find the information they need, when they need it.

• Clinical Library: Integrated with the client team to redesign the Clinical Library website, greatly improving the usability and speed of this business-critical reference resource utilized in the care setting by the physician and clinician audience of over 14k across 37 medical centers and 611 medical offices. Updated branding to adhere to corporate brand standards, custom icon design, screen layout, search optimization, and code support. The improved site was widely recognized as a success and embraced by the workforce.
• NAI Applications (TORT, UBT Tracker, Workforce Retriever): Worked with business partners to develop workflow, wireframes, IA, and test usability of these web-based applications designed to advance the quality and productivity goals of the unionized workforce. Supported the development team by providing screen design, graphics, HTML, advanced CSS, and JavaScript.
• LMPartnership.org: Public-facing site redesign serving the KP union and labor management community, including information architecture, branding/design, screen layout, and graphics production.

Successfully collaborated and led a wide array of projects, including external facing sites (kp.org, @HPI), clinical applications (Teledermatology), and 12+ internal business sites and applications. Was solely responsible for the maintenance of many of these sites. Print designed an annual report that was distributed to the executive leadership team.

• Designed and produced hand-made leather accessories for the high-end boutique customer.
• Retail placements include Nordstrom (national), Opening Ceremony (New York), and boutiques across Japan.
• Press highlights include Lucky, BlackBook, and 7x7 Magazines

• Designed co-branded product applications.
• Contributed to conceptual development of next design phase of ThirdVoice website and product branding, and verified UI consistency and continuity across digital assets.
• Created website architecture for the initial ThirdVoice Intranet.
• Designed and created ad banners for use on the ThirdVoice website and externally.
