Work closely with the Artistic Director providing comprehensive support for the Tara Jarmon Paris knitwear and jersey collections. Manage and Provide Trend analysis, smart design and creative development. Globally source and shop raw materials markets domestically and internationally.

New York/Shanghai Provided trend analysis, designed, developed and produced quality knitwear for H&M Collection. Liaised between the New York and Shanghai offices to provide comprehensive research and development support throughout the design process for the H&M Collection account.

Other Knitwear Innovation: Designed and developed directional collections of knitwear swatches and garments utilizing new techniques, and thoughtfully selected yarns. Worked season-less to stay ahead of trends whilst translating and adapting developments to the current season's concept and trends. Collaborated closely with the Paris, Stockholm and L.A. design teams, supporting them with special yarn and swatch developments. Identified and promoted opportunities and smarter business strategies through maintaining strong professional relationships with all pertinent partners, creative sourcing missions, and organization to achieve quality product, and better lead times and cost.

Armani Exchange New York City Senior Manager, Women's Jersey, Sweaters, and Graphics Worked closely with Signor Giorgio Armani and both the Italian and New York teams through collaborative research and fittings to ensure consistency within the Armani Brands and create a contemporary look and fit that reflects the ever evolving consumer and business. Partnered with the Vice President of Design to create business strategies and visual tools for both our domestic and international businesses. Traveled to research and forecast trends, silhouettes, prints and colors. Traveled regularly to Asia to coach, develop and fit multiple seasons. Led a team of designers and graphic designers in collection development, organize workloads, develop calendars and manage employees to meet rigorous deadlines. Ensured that my designers were well versed in all aspects of operations ranging from research to the finished product, including technical packaging. Worked closely with buyers and merchandisers from the various markets to respond to their specific needs while maintaining the Armani aesthetic. Followed up with our in house pre-production team and factories to ensure that both concept and designs were articulated as envisioned and delivered on time.

Launched H.O.D and Deréon by Beyoncé and Tina Knowles. Collaborated with Beyoncé and Tina Knowles to create H.O.D's signature Woven and Jersey Collections in both domestic and foreign factories Worked with L.A -based denim wash facilities in order to create core and fashion denim standards.

Conceptualized and launched Choice and Original by Calvin Klein. Worked closely with the head of Women's creative to build and develop concept, trend and color boards for each season. Partnered with the senior designer of tops, including fully fashioned sweaters, and active to research and design and develop the collection. Prepared and corresponded with domestic and overseas partners to ensure technical packages were interpreted correctly and samples were delivered in a timely manner.
