• Based on creative direction, assists in the design of production-ready layouts, using Adobe graphics software such as assisting in preparing mailers and brochures by formatting content and graphics and arranging printing
• Point of contact for external contractors such as production vendors, copywriters, photographers and designers to ensure the proper execution of the creative concept, as briefed by the Marketing Team.
• Assists in maintaining web site management (Drupal, Magento Ecommerce)

• Maintains marketing forms and tracking logs by inputting data, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations; distributing reports.
• Assembles reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs, and presentations.
• Assist in monitoring active marketing programs and developing/implementing ways to improve those campaigns
• Provides competitor marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand
• Helps to monitor and uphold adherence to brand standards and ensures cohesion amongst all branded materials
• May function as the point of contact for external contractors such as production vendors, copywriters, photographers and designers to ensure the proper execution of the creative concept, as briefed by the Marketing
