•CAS Modeling & Styling Using Alias.

•Building A class using Alias.

•Draft & Parting Line Analysis Using Unigraphics Nx 6

•3D modeling and assembly.

•Study of modeling parts for viewing the manufacturing.

•Maintaining the quality standards as per the customer requirements.

•Make the 2D sketch of all parts and from that 3D modeling and assembly

•Checking of Models before release, identifying any changes Required.

•CAS & Creating Class A surface for various exterior and interior automotive parts

•Responsible for developing the initial 3D design data for simulations.

•Draft providing for features, rib thickness maintaining as per part thickness.

•Parts communization from existing vehicle platform.

•Model comparing and clearance checking after part modification.

•Design Modification as per styling surface change.
