    My background includes all aspects of Textile Design; National and International Trend R&D, Art Direction, Domestic and International mill direction, all printing on wovens/knits, and sales support.

    As far as managing designers, I am a very thorough, organized, and a very clear communicator. I have managed both in house and freelance designers. I truly enjoy executing and overseeing design and printing. Along with keeping thorough track of all solids, lab dips, and seasonal color palettes.
