• Provide administrative support, oversight, and direction to supervisors to ensure the operational integrity, consistency, and a standard of professionalism for all sites.
• Conducted on-going reviews of security policies and procedures and made recommendations for best practices as it relates to physical security and general security management
• Provided administrative and logistical support, feedback, and follow up to all Program Directors regarding safety, security, policies, procedures, and rules infractions.

• Administer day-to-day public operations and all established policies and procedures.
• Direct activities of personnel including post assignments; deployment and review daily reports.
• Monitor sick/late time; obtain approval for allocating overtime and assure time charges are documented and accurate.
• Prepare evaluations and disciplinary action within departmental guidelines.
• Participate in staff selection, examination administration and interview process.
• Responsible for developing and implementing training for new officers and professional development of department.

•Public Safety Answering Center; 911 Operator and Radio dispatcher
•Obtain necessary information to initiate emergency assistance and resources.
•Perform clerical duties related to the provision of emergency service and response.
•Responsible for dispatching services in in accordance with procedures and policies.
•Dispatch and monitor all NYPD radio traffic related to calls for service and activity.
•Responsible for professional relationships with public safety and outside agencies

•Provide safety and security for Rockefeller Center guest and property.
•Check identification, screen visitors, and check property passes
•Crowd control and ensure loading docks and access areas are secure.
•Provide customer service and “Brand” information to general public
•Assist and direct guest. Escort unauthorized individuals off premises.

•Various Security duties for South Street Seaport -"Water Taxi Beach"
•Check Identification and patrol high traffic areas
• Remove troublesome patrons and arrange taxi service when needed.
•Secure premises and provide safe access for employees and cash transfers.
