Design Objective
Skippy To Go. Hormel is looking to launch single serve peanut butter cups to compete with Jif’s To Go package that is in the market today. Rather than wrapping the individual cups in a paperboard carton like Jif does, Hormel would like to have a clear canister that would contain 6 portion cups. They are looking for round and square/rectangular options, as well as other concepts/ideas for displaying the portion cups. Hormel prefers straight wall options but are open to suggestions for nestable packages that would not provide too much play between the portion cups and the sidewall of the canister at the top of the package.
