Hearing Aid Accessory - Accessory to secure hearing aid in children and active adults. Shown here is a bio-compatible silicone prototype with a flexible insert-molded stamped metal structural element.
Hearing Aid Accessory - The insert-molded metal piece is visible through the translucent silicone prototype. The stamped metal element allows firm positioning behind the ear of children and active adults (think monkey bars and ski jumps).
Hearing Aid Accessory - The production part includes a rigid clear plastic, overmolded elastomeric "tail", and insert molded metal wire.

Portable Nebulizer - This prototype includes overmolded soft-touch elements. the product design allows self-administered medication or use by the healthcare provider. You can count the individual hairs in my left eyebrow for extra credit.
