My graduate study and relevant experiences have trained me to become an information professional who is passionate about and skillful at User-Centered Design (UCD). While being detail-focused and result-driven, I am proficient in agile UCD methodologies including researching, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, etc., I also have a focus on bringing principles to best map user needs against business needs.
