I am a seasoned Model Maker/Prototyping Specialist with extensive experience making a wide range of prototypes using old school techniques and the latest technology. I have designed and built consumer product models, scale architectural models, medical devices, functional prototypes, and more. I have developed many skills including the extensive use of 5-axis CNC routers, SolidWorks, SolidCAM, MasterCAM, Laser cutters, SLA, PolyJet, and FDM 3D printers, manual mills and lathes, HVLP painting and surface finishing, vacuum forming, casting/molding, full wood shop, and more.
