- Primary focus on design and development of plastic thermoformed products and tooling using SolidWorks CAD, Mastercam, and 5-Axis CNC machines.
- Design for injection molding, heat bending, 3D printing, fiberglass, prototyping, and general fabrication.
- Operate multiple 5-Axis CNC machines in cutting newly designed molds, fabricating and programming trim fixtures for complex parts, and performing regular maintenance and proper CNC alignment.

- Teach coworkers CNC operation, Q.C. systems, CAD program, and sound design business practices.
- Design and implement business systems and procedures, including physical components to assist in material and job tracking, and operational workflow.

ExpoDisplays designs and fabricates custom exhibits and displays for tradeshows, conventions, museums, and mall kiosks with nationwide dealers and clients.
- Assumed responsibility of custom projects as senior project manager, designing how the exhibits were built, assembled, broken-down, and shipped by creating approval plans, shop plans, CNC parts, graphics requests, crate plans and assembly plans.
