My name is Duncan Macaskill, I am a qualified professional architect through SACAP (The South African Council for the Architectural Profession). Having worked as a professional architect at Peerutin architects, Karen Newman architects (Cape Town, South Africa), and as a candidate architect at Coote Clarkson architects (Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa), I have had the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in many areas of architecture, to name a few:

Professional architectCape Town, South AfricaApr 2015 - Dec 2015 (8 months)Arriving back to South Africa I was employed by Peerutin architects again, choosing a short term contract as a project architect of a luxurious coastal house in Camps Bay, Cape Town. I took the project over during the final stages of documentation right to the hand over of the house.

While living in Russia I completed a project situated in the Franschhoek winelands area located in the Western Cape, South Africa. My role in the project was to design and produce detailed construction drawings for a restaurant, coffee roastery and shop complex.
