* Led the design, printing, coordination, and budgeting of 35 ACT exhibits for educational industry tradeshows in order to increase the exposure of ACT's new products and brand identity. * Designed and purchased more than $15,000 in new large format graphics as well as more than $2,500 in parts needed to maintain existing displays. * Prepared the FY2014 Capital Request for the Displays Department. * Served on a team charged with implementing and managing a new brand identity through the reproduction of graphics and collateral material in accordance with the new corporate style guide.

* Designed, built, and shipped more than 150 exhibits a year to educational and workforce industry tradeshows. * Designed and produced internal communications and external marketing materials in print and digital formats. * Expanded the capabilities of the Creative Services department to offer video recording and video livestreaming. * Proactivly attended college course to expand skills and responsibilities to include photography of ACT events.

* Coordinated and led graphics team projects through daily meetings with other editorial staff. * Expanded the graphics team from two to six designers. * Developed the graphic styles used by the paper to increase readability and balance.
