Finished model - A 1:1 scale model of the product was produced using Pro lab for the body and acrylic for the screen. The hole at the bottom right is a charging point although A mini USB would be more suitable for downloads as well as for a charging point.
Roam has everything a holiday goer or young traveler needs. Similar to a travel guide book, but in electronic format with a built in GPS for ease of navigation. - The device can be charged using its mains adapter or solar panel, so can be strapped to a walkers backpack or left outside a tent - Area information packs would be available for download from the internet with useful information, for example, about accommodation and places to eat
