As part of the production desk, I am in charge of the production of our features pages and also the principal features designer. I also design the front page, edit and fact check content, write headlines and update social media accounts.

I design news pages, special sections and help update the newspaper's website using Wordpress. In addition, I write a weekly column and help edit stories using AP Style.

I routinely laid out and designed the front page for the daily newspaper using InDesign.
Additionally, I assisted with inside pages, edited stories and sent stories and photos to the newspaper's website.
I wrote a monthly fashion article for one of the newspaper's monthly magazines.

I was in charge of the newspaper's community news column and helped with other content, assisted reporters and editors, greeted and helped the public and answered the phone.
