Director, Creative Services
Treasury Wine Estates
2019 - 2020 (1 year)
Lead and managed the internal Creative Services team to deliver timely, on budget and quality execution against internal projects for Brand Marketing, Customer Marketing, Trade Marketing, Direct to Consumer and Digital Marketing. Optimized processes, resources, time, cost efficiencies and provided smart solutions for client and company challenges.
Brands included were Penfolds, Stags’ Leap, Beaulieu Vineyard, Beringer Brothers, Beringer Main & Vine, 19 Crimes, Matua, Chateau St Jean, Sterling Vineyards, Cavaliere d’Oro and Etude.
Portfolio Wine Book – Managed the design, content and production of the company’s Portfolio Wine Book Catalog featuring all of TWE’s portfolio of fine wines.
Managed the design and execution of the monthly wine newsletters for specific brands, from RFQ’s to design, content, materials, to print production and on-time delivery to the various wineries.
Our goal, and one of my responsibilities, was to bring social media campaigns in-house that were previously being bought through large outside Ad Agencies. To that end, my Team worked directly and collaborated with our in-house Digital Marketing Team to produce high-end graphics including Video, Social Media and Animation for campaigns on Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram. The net results are that the team that I was building saved TWE tens of thousands of dollars in less than 4 months.
I worked with outside vendors on a daily basis to solicit quotes for print/production of displays and POS materials. Utilizing a project management system, I compared quotes and awarded the jobs to the vendors then oversaw each job from design, to print production and finishing. In order to ensure that these materials were consistently “on brand”, I personally proofed the content of the POS items and displays. We were working towards the original stated goal to bring all wine labels packaging and support materials in house. The company closed the entire Creative Department due to COVID.

Creative Manager
Jelly Belly Candy Company
Apr 2017 - Jan 2019 (1 year 9 months)
As the Creative Manager, I led the design process of multiple product and marketing campaigns in digital and print. This included utilizing information and resources to determine the scope, timeline, and implementation of the project. I developed successful design concepts and led creative strategic planning efforts to contribute to the company’s revenue growth. I prided myself and my team on the timely completion of scheduled projects and I prioritized projects among company needs and expedited requests. I was responsible for the coordination of global design efforts including the introduction of new and development of existing projects. In this role, I also mentored and supervised a team of 11 comprising the creative and production teams, in addition to managing outsourced work for freelance and contract vendors, including the quotation process.
The three projects I am most proud of from my time as the Creative Manager include the…
★ Harry Potter Campaign: I directed the conception, design, and launch of Jelly Belly’s largest-ever campaign, in partnership with Warner Brothers featuring the Harry Potter series. This led to $9M of generated revenue within the first 6 months of market introduction.
★ Jelly Belly Confections Line: I managed the redesign of Jelly Belly brand’s Confections line. I integrated new, fun packaging designs with the historical look and feel of Jelly Belly products.
★ Jelly Belly Marketing Materials: I collaborated with company leadership in sales, marketing, and public relations to inspire and design engaging sales materials in the domestic and international markets.
