Einat's editorial illustration work has been published in numerous magazines and newspapers

including The New Yorker, The New York Times, Food and Wine, Yale Medicine Magazine and many other magazines and publications in the US and Israel.

Einat creates surface designs, has a big love for fasion and textiles and has her own line of decorative pillows.
