Tenba is a brand specializing in photography and filmmaking industry needs. The brand is owned and distributed by MAC Group. The role of the Industrial Designer for Tenba involves handling all aspects of the design process for multiple photo and film softgoods lines, from research and ideation to the final product and production. Existing products are managed and tested routinely on professional photographers for continuing improvement. The industrial designer works closely with the Brand Manager to ensure the products released are of the highest quality, detail, material and function. The Industrial Designer also works closely with both the Graphic Design and Marketing Teams to complete the packaging and sales process.

The Industrial Designer travels to multiple trade shows each year across the United States and abroad, including National Association of Broadcasters in Las Vegas, Nevada and Photokina in Kolonge, Germany. Multiple trips are also taken to the manufacturing plant in Guangdong, China to aid in the production process.

Provided oversight to sales, business and administrative student staff, leads Underwriting Team (Sales), Promotions Director (Public Relations) and Graphic Designer (Marketing and Branding to reach annual goals.
