Professional with 23 years of experience in engineering and manufacturing operations, leading engineering teams for production and product development, using advanced manufacturing processes, such as SMT, PTH, PCBA assembly (HLA), Advanced Machining, Injection Molding and Automation. Experience with NPIs and transferring projects from other sites to local manufacturing, managing local and overseas suppliers for tooling development with a background in implementing internal capabilities for vertical integration.

Data-driven and focused on results, I’m responsible for keeping operations running 24/7 for 3 key customers, representing > USD 230M in annual revenue, with 1100 employees. Experience in managing multifunctional teams, tracking the P&L, VAM, and TML, monitoring in daily basis the main KPIs, focusing the efforts to drive the account financially healthy and keep the customer's satisfaction. Deep understanding of different manufacturing technologies and applications, supporting customers to choose the best manufacturing process and materials for their needs. I´ve worked in global processes and data standardization, establishing agreements with stakeholders worldwide. I´m a sponsor of lean manufacturing activities, to improve processes and essential KPIs, through kaizens and lean initiatives.

With a strong background in engineering and how to manage short schedules for project release, I’ve managed overseas multiple injection mold projects simultaneously, with tooling suppliers located in Vietnam, South Korea, Indonesia, Mexico, the United States, and Brazil, since the product and tooling development, to production stage. I have a proactive and dynamic attitude, as easygoing in relationships and leadership.
