In a rapidly growing, customer orientated furniture manufacturing company, I correlated with fellow design engineers, interior designers, supervisors, shop foreman, outside architects, on-site general contractors and sales/purchasing teams to take charge of the design process as a whole; focusing on part, assembly, construction, weldment, upholstery and elevation drawings in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD. Also, generating CNC programs and ordering material for completion of custom seating packages for some of the world's largest fast food restaurants, universities, and agencies. A product line including, but not limited to: chairs/barstools, tables, trash receptacles, booths, lounge furniture, divider walls, and cabinetry; all custom fabricated with a variety of materials and methodologies relating to wood, metal, laminate, solid surface, upholstery, millwork, powder coating, stain and fiberglass to efficiently produce quality product.

Fusing together extensive industrial and mechanical philosophies, SID Solutions utilizes solid product design and user experience skills by expanding adaptive ideas transforming them into tangible consumer products. This is accomplished in an evolutionary process, beginning with ideation and sketches. With the aid of industry standard 2D and 3D CAD software, SID Solutions provides detailed construction, elevation, and assembly drawings. SID also spe- cializes in the art of photorealistic digital renderings and technical illustrations.

Design and detail piece parts and assemblies for intelligent material handling systems utilizing AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Research all aspects of a required design and understand the application within the system. Design, develop, or modify products applying engineering principles while considering costs and time limitations. Specify all required components related to the design. This includes both purchased and manufactured items. Specify accurate details to Data Entry for input into MRP System.

Create custom furniture designs to be finalized with a client submit detailed scaled drawings and digital renderings for production. Our design office works closely with the fabricators to ensure quality control on every order. We, in turn, keep clients updated on the progress of production.

Consult with clients and design demonstrative presentations for trial and business produce presentations in the studio and on-site at clients' facilities and other duties as designated.

Traveled to Chicagoland Home Depot store locations to assemble outdoor products and dis- plays, such as gas/charcoal grills, patio furniture, lawn mowers, cement mixers, etc. Up keep- ing professional relations between store managers, company, and customers.
