Collaborated with Women owned start-ups bringing the clients design vision to life and offering my industry knowledge assuring the most cost efficient design/development process. From blue sky sketches to completed factory ready tech packs with consumer research, color material direction, tooling drawing/sections.

Carryout the original vision for the newly acquired women's athletic brand "Ryka" by implementing a new design philosophy, creating design ethos, color strategy, seasonal themes and established who our target consumers are resulting in innovative designs for the Walking, running, workout, training, studio, water, work and lifestyle categories. Initiated inspirational trips, Generated ideation sketches, presentations, color cads, material selections and tech packs to China. Be available to my designers and foster a positive team atmosphere, travel with sales to accounts, catalogue product descriptions, assist marketing with performance info and trade shows.

Developed the product vision of start-ups and established brands that desire to venture into new categories outside of their comfort zones. Provided design/development from blue sky sketches to completed factory ready tech packs with consumer research, color/material direction and Asia travels for brands such as: Ryz, Kappa(Beijing), Brooks(Moving Comfort), Valentino, Reshod Race Walking and Wee3.

Designer ll: Navigated the design aesthetics for footwear as the Jordan brand entered the Women's market creating a Jordan Women's point of view through new product creation, understanding and effecting marketing, sales, costing/ assiting in new materials and graphics. Generated designs for Men's team Basketball, Trunning, Football and Boxing. Aided in market brief creation/ ideation sketches, design presentations/ technical drawings, color and material selection followed up with Asia travels.

Designer l: Enlightened the design team with my diverse consumer background of uniquely creative and innovative design concepts for Urban Women's and Pulse Boots categories. Aided in brief creation, Ideation sketches and finished renderings, Tech Packages, material and color selection, present final design concepts and follow through with Asia travels.

Senior Designer: Executed the design/ development of licensee brands such as Michelle K, Something Else by Sketchers, NM70 and Ecko Red. Demonstrated the ability to line build, generate concept sketches and provide spec sheets. Communicated with China factories directly and oversea the execution of salesman samples.

Senior Designer: Diversified Converse product offering for the Latino and Urban markets by contributing my consumer knowledge designing across cultures with multiple Lifestyle concepts. Managed a team of Jr. designers. Produced innovative designs throughout prototype and development stages. Provided market research, technical drawings, color and material selections followed by Asia travels.

Created innovative footwear concepts for Men's Training and Women's Workout categories. Researched the end consumers needs and wants; in addition, material and color selection. Provided technical drawings and presented final design concepts followed by Asia travel.

Senior Designer: Contributed my branded experience to the creation of innovative products for licensed accounts such as Disney, Reebok, Kenneth Cole, Hi Teck, Payless accounts and lighted kids footwear. Follow through on developement and material selections. Communicate interactively with brands to execute desired design direction, Line building and technical packages.
