Every time I cook a dish, I learn new things. I have new ideas and I am adapting my ways, always. I cook with passion and a lot of love. I like to cook because it is a part of my intuition. I have lived in many places. I was born in Fier, Albania. At the end of every summer, I liked to travel in a lot of different places far from my city. I would have fun, but also work. Before I became a cook, I worked as a waiter in many places. I learned about services, and that the clients, and their tastes, are most important. Then, I became a cook. I can play with ingredients in every country I go to. I think that the culture and food corresponds with each other. It is important to me to give attention to every single person I cook for and the context he or she is from.



Ogni volta che faccio un piatto, imparo nuove cose. Ho nuove idee e sto cambiando il mio modo di fare, sempre. Cucino con passione e tanta amore. Mi piace cucinare perché e la cosa che e intuizione. Ho vissuto a tanti posti. Sono nato a Fier in Albania. Ogni fine estate, mi piaceva viaggiare in tanti posti diversi, lontano di mia città. E il modo di divertirmi era anche lavorare. Primi di diventare un cuoco, ero una cameriere in altre paese. Ho imperato di servizi e che i cliente e i sapori di loro e più importante. Poi, sono diventato un cuoco. Posso giocare con l'ingredienti in ogni paesi che vado. Penso che la cultura e cibo corrispondono. E importante per me dare attenzione alla personalità di ogni singola persona da dove proviene lui.
