• Generate project timeline, daily, weekly, & monthly report related to staffs’ activities in project & mall.
• Review and redraw detail engineering design by engineering consultant.
• Responsible for the approval of the contractor’s documents (Bidding, schedule/action plan, BoQ, shop drawing, work permit, method statements, material approval, QC, etc.
• Supervise all architectural & interior finishing works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications.
• Carry out quality inspection on site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time.
• Close coordination of work with both internal and external parties.
• Ensure that the tenant unit is ready for fit-out.
• Present the technical building support and guidelines to building management.

• Prepare the architectural & Interior design proposal for upcoming projects.
• Make a design and draft building plans, then lead the teams tomake a schematic design. (Conceptual & Schematic design stage)
• Consult directly with clients to determine a project’s needs and client specifications for many design elements.
• Responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of the development of a design, production of the construction documents (plans), and specifications
• Manage both time schedules and project budgets to ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within set budgets.
• Make frequent site visits throughout the construction project to monitor contractor progress, answer questions that may arise, and ensure that milestones are completed according to the project timeline.
