* First in house photographer for Fender guitars. Set up two studios, one in the manufacturing facility and one in global headquarters.
* Built up from just me to three photographers who I trained to take images of guitars in the same way for consistency and created the look book for gallery images of products on Fender.com, ecom initiative.
* Came up with new techniques for shooting guitars to make the process more efficient and streamlined. Used these techniques to photograph over 1200 products with multiple shots of each in a little over four months with a total of around 6500 retouched and final images supplied to ecom team for Fender.com.
* Managed many roles as a photographer from product, lifestyle, internal, and event photography and assigned those tasks when needed to team.
* Managed a photography request submission form and an internal file share for product managers to know where products were in the process.
* Worked closely with design team to come up with and execute images for ad campaigns.
* Worked closely with artist relations team to get content of artist playing on stage and artist portraits for promotional use.

• Grew business from gross sales of 15k a year to peak year of 60k.
• Worked with clients to meet their photographic needs and deadlines.
• Marketed company by making cold calls and sales calls to bring in business.
• Transitioned business into a digital workflow utilizing the latest in digital imaging and computers.

* Instructed students on the basics of photography, composition, lighting, depth of field, etc..
* Made lesson plans to include assignments involving themes and using creative ways to see light.
* Taught students on Mac computers using iPhoto and GIMP for image organization and enhancement.

* Photographed over 500 class of 2011 seniors, portraits, business headshots and families.
* Used Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop as a digital artist to edit and retouch photos.
