In this role, I was responsible for maintaining and supporting the school’s ICT infrastructure, ensuring a smooth operation of technology to enhance both teaching and learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
* Managed and troubleshot a wide range of ICT equipment, including Smart
Boards, iPads, PCs, and AV devices, ensuring optimal functionality.
* Proactively identified areas for improvement in the school's technology
systems and implemented effective solutions.
* Provided technical support to students, teachers, and administrative staff,
resolving both hardware and software issues promptly.
* Maintained the school’s network infrastructure, ensuring reliable and
secure connectivity.
* Installed, updated, and documented various software applications used
throughout the school.
* Maintained and updated the school website to reflect current events and
communications.
* Liaised with external helpdesk teams and engineers to resolve complex
technical issues.

* Design, plan and deliver online lessons to foreign students.
*Organize student’s calendar and materials via Google's G Suite.
*Solve issues related to online domain and Google Business account

* Coordinate with developers in application installation and changes.
* Maintain Windows and UNIX systems, tools and applications.

* Perform changes to the Active Directory and Exchange servers.
