If you ask one of my friends what my hobby is they’ll most likely come up with several creative activities, and they would most likely be right. I am a junior at Steamboat Springs High School and I have loved arts and crafts my whole life. Showing up to school with paint and pen marks across my skin is not uncommon or even hearing me recite long explanations of a new storyline I had come up with the night previous. Photography is just another activity to spur on my creative mind. It engages my mind in a different way than painting, sewing, or writing. It lets me look at the world closer rather than have my nose in my sketchbook. I absolutely adore creating pieces of art that will make people stop and stare and wonder what it means.
