Wavelabs is an online company that manages digital assets. I worked working in Wavelabs for approximately 3 years, while I finished my studies. During this time I managed some parts of an electronic commerce project, where I was involved in parts of this business, from the materials and manufacturing processes, to the customer service, passing through logistic process and marketing. The main goals that I achieved are *Develop a new logistical process that notably reduced the provisioning times and the damage to the goods during that process. *Develop a new shipping system that reduced by approximately 85% the human error, and kept the costumer more informed, positively affecting this customer loyalty and even increasing the conversions rates and traffic. *Develop a new line of products from the material and manufacturers to packaging passing through branding and customer service. *Lead a team (programmers, graphic designers and logistical resources) to develop a new site for a new line of products. *Sourced a reliable supplier for a new products line from different regions India, China and Indonesia.

This job involved Business development as well as Surf Coaching, team building and marketing. The main goals that I achieved were: *Improved customer service with all the surf coaches. Getting 70% of our local market and expanding the school to new markets. Also 65% of our customers were loyal and satisfied customers. *Develop a reward program for the students that improved the costumer experience and achieved positive feedback.
