Draping & Pattern Maker:
o Review concept with the designer to engineer a 3D sample using creative draping, tailoring & shape
o Ensure design integrity respecting proportion, construction details agreeing with price point o Make 1st Pattern to Production, guide construction according to market levels, & production needs
o Direct fitting, approve sample adjustment, develop grading specs, and fit consistency
o Document all development notes to tech pack to pass on to production Product Development & Production:
o Development: approval of samples, construction, TOPs, lab dips strike-offs, color cards, knit samples, development & calendars. Communication with suppliers, vendors, factories & design team
o Production: Sourcing, Calendars, WIP Reports, Costing and Pricing, QC, & cutting ticket -
