I am a senior at Virginia Tech University studying Industrial Design. I was born and raised in Virginia (USA), although I am proud to have a diverse cultural background having both a Swedish and a South African parent. I am passionate about women's issues, sustainable design, and good coffee. In my free time I enjoy running and entrepreneurial side projects.

Student LeadBlacksburg, VAJan 2016 - Present (10 years 5 months)Entrepreneurial Design [Student Leader & Co- Founder] Expanded on a studio design to create a viable business plan for product. Gathered and leading a team of student to build a working prototype. Competed and won $5,000 in funding for prototype. The team is currently building a prototype and will begin user testing this spring.
