During my time at Brighton I led and inspired a team of 5 graphic designers responsible for designing innovative and creative concepts that are utilized across all media/ I was also entrusted with motivation and staff supervision of project designers and freelance creatives. I was a key player in the fiscal growth of Brighton Collectibles from $70 million to $350 million. I have extensive Mac skills and strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Camera RAW and Lightroom. Responsible for design and typography of 14 wholesale catalogs and 22 direct mail pieces each year and a print production budget of $6.5 million. Coordinated projects with product designers and buyers for merchandising and layout of print materials that elevate wholesale and consumer experiences. Partnered with packaging vendors to develop innovative and creative package designs. Responsible for creating marketing campaigns and planning promotional events that promote a memorable branding identity and awareness. Developed inspired campaigns for 190 company stores and 2500 specialty stores that included traditional media, social media and unique storytelling events that connected emotionally with consumers and built a loyal multi- generational customer base. Developed and directed relationships with digital photographers and stylists for product and model photography utilized for print, POP and e-commerce. Oversaw Art Department, Visuals and Marketing Department. Launched the Vatican Library Collection of jewelry which coincided with the Pope’s visit to New York. Worked closely with the Vatican gaining invaluable insight. First costume jewelry company to create an in-store event for a jewelry product launch which was held at Macy’s NY. Spokesperson for the launch and quoted in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and hundreds of other publications. Responsible for catalogs, product photoshoots, model shoots, layouts, print. All event collateral – postcards, mailers, signage. Designed jewelry displays and worked with fabricators. Worked with outside agencies for National ad campaigns. In-charge of New York showroom and negotiations of best locations.
