I produce targeted research and solutions grounded in user research, knowledge, and academic training. One example of my work, I created a multi-study analysis plan that positively impacted the top three of the five major bank wide initiatives. By utilized design research methodology and techniques for the analysis of more then 60 customer studies, I enabled Wells Fargo's Wholesale Banking global business strategy to see, understand, and then meet customers unstated needs.
