I am currently studying a Masters degree in Product Design at Bournemouth University in which I am in my second year. I will be looking to get an internship in a well established product design company as a part of my four year sandwich course.

I'm a young product designer with a great passion for innovation, creativity and problem solving. I am always looking to take on new challenges and always put 100% into everything I do may it be in the workplace or outside of work.

I am a very flexible person who can work in various different environments and can work in a team as well as individually. I am a member of the Bournemouth University Design Society in which I take part in live projects with small start - up companies.

My key strengths that I have as a product designer are: sketching, 3D Modelling and CAD (Solidworks).

    • Extended BTEC Level 3 in Art and Design Art and Design
      Salisbury College
      2012 - 2014
For two years in college I studied Art and Design to a very high level, finding what area of design I wanted to go in and search for my own style of working. It was a really great experience for me as I was able to explore my own freedom and discover new skills I didnt think I had. I managed to achieve triple distinction (DDD) as my final grade for the two years which easily enabled me to get on to the Product Design course at Bournemouth University which was my first choice.

    • STEM Ambassador
      Bournemouth University
      Bournemouth, United Kingdom
      Aug 2016 - Present (9 years 10 months)
Being a STEM ambassador has been the best job I have ever had so far. I have been able to do so many different roles such as leading workshops for design, mathematics and sciences and even presenting to schools persuading them to go into design as a career path and why. STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics which on my University course studies all of them so my knowledge is key to those who I end up working with as a part of my job. I plan to continue with this role for all my time at university.
