Jan Glas

Jan has more than 20 years of experience working as a designer, design manager & teacher.

The focus of his activities is facilitation and accompaniment of design for SME’s and organizations – Design management & strategy.

Jan has a well established local and international network of designers and experts to be able to deliver the best competences for the requested challenges.

Co-creation, co-design and design thinking are essential methods to improve the quality of the solutions for enterprises, organisations or societal issues. This collaborative approach towards every challenge is Jan’s specialty. The organization and animation of the participatory workshop of the 2016 “Creathon” led to Luxembourg’s new identity “Let’s make it happen”.

He is one of the initiators of the national Creative Industries Cluster for Luxembourg in which design plays an important role.

Jan is a design expert for the Design For Europe project supported by the European Commission.
