-Working on Scotland’s largest construction project the multi-billion pound Forth Replacement Crossing project.

-Worked mostly within the laboratory team carrying out the testing and paperwork to British Standards on aggregate, concrete and earthworks,

-Liaising with engineers on site.

-Role required effective teamwork, learning complex procedures and implementing the skills of the trade under minimum supervision.

TP Link is a china based company who hold of the worlds largest market share of WLAN equipment. Working for them was a fascinating insight into the real world of industrial design and manufacture.

- Given the opportunity to see the full process of coming up with a product from the initial brainstorms through to how our products would be manufactured

-Worked on my own design project and gave input ideas to products on the market today.

-Pushed out of my comfort zone, relocating to Shenzhen in China for the duration of the internship working long hours and dealing with the issues that would be overlooked in a university project.
