Grace Pritchett

In my 2 years of archival experience, I have managed the conversion of our physical archives to digital archives and improved the digital archival system. I have trained new employees in this system while managing other digital projects. I am well-versed in the organization of the Hatch Reading Room and help with categorization of new materials into the system.

I created and influenced the development of a monthly program series at the museum targeted towards adult audiences. I helped with many aspects of the program, from researching potential creative collaborators and NAMA artworks to brainstorming possible activities. I also acted as an on-site staff member during the Third Thursday program to provide help in any way the program requires. In some cases, I provided help in social media and marketing for the event. Additionally, I launched the basis for a community advisory group to contribute to these monthly events.

I acted as on-staff photographer to the Design Department for the summer. I managed the event photography in terms of creating and editing. I resolved several design problems the department faced while developing an exhibit on French photography.
