• Designs interfaces for desktop and mobile that provide users with an interactive, informative and engaging experience
• Works with cross-functional teams and developers to understand requirements and help define the best possible experience, while supporting business objectives
• Interpret creative briefs and translate them into quality wireframes and prototypes that meet business requirements while taking into account technical constraints
• Presents wireframes and concepts to stakeholders to achieve buy-in
• Assists with development and execution of usability test plans, and create interactive prototypes as required
• Reviews and consults with design team on creative assets to ensure good usability
• Produce wireframes that clearly annotate functionality and interactive elements for stakeholders and development teams

Works with many units across the bank and is responsible for designing the user interface and experience for internal, employee-facing applications.

Assists projects with the end-users' interface experience, and is responsible for ensuring corporate standards and good usability practices are followed.

Helps plan and coordinate usability tests, draft scripts and facilitate interviews and focus groups

Develops user interface designs, artifacts and project deliverables including: User research and persona documentation, Heuristic reports, IA maps, Wireframes designs, Usability test plans and reports, Prototype development and writing detailed user interface documentation

As a member of the Learning and Development (L&D) Committee I co-lead the implementation of an updated Onboarding Guide for new hires, organized professional development courses and reviewed recommended soft skills reading material


Strong knowledge of Emotional Intelligence, Resilience and Critical Thinking as part of L&D work

Researching emerging UE best practices in order to integrate them into our current process
