Gwyneth Rustandi

Produce and co-produce documentary and fiction projects at The Rustandi Ltd., with responsibilities across creative development, project coordination, visual identity, funding applications, production, and distribution. Projects includeThe Machine, The Road Less Traveled, Tuned In, Not Far From Home, and Of Bonds, Of Debts. I also collaborate with director Martin Rustandi on the visual presentation and communication of film projects.

Developed a cohesive brand identity in collaboration with the design team in the Korean office. Managed operations for the Taiwan office and supervised a team of ten.

Led a team of six designers and oversaw the creative process from concept development to final execution. Maintained consistency across visual materials and guided the overall aesthetic direction.

Collaborated with brand owners to plan and develop design projects based on their objectives. Worked closely with stakeholders to translate ideas into clear and effective visual strategies.

Created graphic design, packaging design, and illustration projects for a range of clients. Developed visual concepts and carried projects through from initial ideas to final production.
