Design Baggage - As designers we use many tools that help us search for ideas, organize and develop them to come out with great designs that have value and impact. Early stages in design are complex and effect how we do things later on. According to outcomes of my interviews with a lot of designers and architects, devices such as laptops, tablets and other portable computers are often used in later stages when they start “cleaning upâ€Â.
Notebook - Most information and ideas come when you’re not in your office, they come when you’re out talking with people, walking around the town, or maybe while you’re asleep, you might even find people who can help you in a project or can be involved in some way that brings value. All of these things need to be captured while they are still fresh and in the same context or environment which inspired your ideas.
