Successfully completed an Annual Report for 2015 consists of 100 pages from preparations reviews, and final artwork.

Reporting directly and work closely to the Art Director/Creative Director.
Support Marketing and Sales teams on special projects – rate sheets, print cards and contracts.
Directly contributing to project design and development – creating visual IDs, cover image, infographics, pie charts/graphs, maps, flyers, brochures, eDMs and digital magazine.
Ensure projects are completed on time, with an exceptional level of quality and provide them with necessary support.
Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail
Rendered digital mock-ups for client presentation.
Ensured all layouts, photos and art elements met pre-press requirements for excellent reproduction.
Maintained consistent style and design quality in accordance with readership, editorial and advertising goals.
Create large scale signages and banners for trade show event.

Designed and produced realistic and final illustrations/visuals, using graphical software for printed materials such as magazines, brochures, flyers, calling cards, rate cards, posters, banners, mediakits, newsletter, gift coupons and other marketing collaterals.
Determine medium best suited to produce desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication.
Consult with Marketing to determine the nature of illustrations in order to meet their needs.
Coordinate all aspects of production and marketing for print or online materials.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guideline to perform the functions of the job.
Work in a multidisciplinary environment.
Maintains the marketing and art department’s resources (i.e. Macs, storage media) and keeps them in optimum performance.
Provides strict implementation of “corporate standard” guidelines to the projects and quality-checks to pre-press and post-press projects.

Develop and produce illustrations by hand or using computer assisted software for printed materials such as product packaging, print ads, greeting card, corporate stationaries and premiums.

Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements for printed materials such book cover and inside pages, posters, calendars, magazines, etc.

Responsible for the layout of the Newspaper and print ads.
Coordinates with supplier and printer for final output.
