The Master’s, offered since 2004 and managed by Professor Francesco Trabucco, was created to mold capable designers who can manage the entire development of a new product from the initial concept to the manufacturing stage. This master’s training program joins the artistic and humanistic skills belonging to design culture with the technical know-how that relates to production technology, materials, and manufacturing costs.

Poli.Design-Consortium of Politecnico di Milano has established the first and only course in Europe of high standard training in “Food Experience Design – Baker’s, Pastry & Ice-cream Shops”, the new specialisation for designers and architects interested in planning new food retail outlets, in touch with the evolution of the markets and the aesthetic codes.
