Waiting At Joe's is a book about the waiters at the famous Miami Beach landmark Joe's Stone Crab. It is NOT about the wait that often accompanies eating there, which can sometimes take up to 3 hours.
I had the pleasure of shooting the waiters at the restaurant over two days. I also developed the cover design concept that the publisher ended up using for the book.
