all retail projects for the client.
Serving as Senior Creative Manager, actively involved in every stage
of retail projects—from initial client interaction to final fabrication.
My Responsibilitie :-
1. Collaborating with the marketing team or directly with clients to
gather project briefs.
2. Leading brainstorming sessions with the design team to develop
creative concepts.
3. Visualizing and conceptualizing design ideas.
4. Creating concept sketches to communicate initial ideas.
5. Conducting online research to expand creative possibilities and
stay inspired.
6. Developing 3D models, including texturing, lighting, and rendering
for visual presentations.
7. Preparing detailed specifications for production.
8. Providing technical drawings of furniture when required.
9. Justifying design decisions, placements, and aesthetics when
needed.
10. Guiding graphic designers to ensure all visual materials align with
the design units.
11. Coordinating with vendors for color matching, paint, and material
selection.
12. Visiting project sites to take accurate measurements and assess
on-ground requirements.
