Executed product design based on existing mechanism, from digital sketching/rendering, 3D modeling, to 3D rendering.
• Finished assigned tasks/projects efficiently: Finished a design project that contained 3 robotics arms in a month. My direct manager, Jeffrey, who worked for Foxconn as R&D senior manager, described my performance as “very efficient”.
• Work Sharing: Shared other designers’ workload and finished a packaging design and 5 graphics designs for Green Wave’s official website.

Executed project based on given topics, including project plans, cost analysis, 2D digital sketch, 3D modeling, 3D rendering, presentation document, and prototype review. In addition, I helped to instruct junior designers to help finish their work and liaised with suppliers.
• Finished tasks/projects in short period of time: 2 brand new and 1 redesigned China-model electric bike, and 1 smart accessory design projects finished during my tenure.
• Social networking: Learned how to socialize with Chinese and Taiwanese suppliers.
• English to Chinese Interpretation/translation: Helped colleagues to communicate with Western colleagues.

Designed sports eyewear according to instruction and helped to improve colleagues’ design abilities and software skills.
• Quick Design Proposal: Generated 20-30 design proposals per week.
• ODM Product Design: Finished bone-conducted eyewear design ODM project.
• Booth Poster Design: Designed booth posters for 2016 eyewear exhibition in Xiamen.
• English to Chinese Interpretation/translation: Helped salesmen who barely understood engineering concepts to discuss our products with foreign clients.

Performed design projects tasked by my British direct manager. Included 2-D hand / digital sketching, 2-D rendering, 3-D modeling, 3-D rendering, presentation document, mock-up, prototype, and traced projects all the way through to final production.
• ODM Product Design: Clients included GLTC, Sparco, OMP, Gesslein, and CNP.
• Teamwork: Teamwork with colleagues from different countries.
• Contest Finalist: My design work, PurAir Cot, was a finalist in the 16th Children Baby Maternity Expo competition (CBME).
• English to Chinese Interpretation/translation: Helped colleagues from different nationalities to communicate with each other.
